The Ouachita County Community Concert Association will hold the first concert of its 2012-2013 season with a program by the “Redhead Express” and “The Walker Family” at 2 p.m. Sunday in the auditorium at the Camden Fairview Middle School, 746 Dooley Womack Drive.
