Parramore gets promoted to Lieutenant Colonel

Russell Parramore, husband of Kristen Quarles-Parramore, formerly of Bearden, was recently promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force in a Sept. 7 ceremony held at the Little Rock Air Force Base.
