Ouachita County Sheriff David Norwood reported to the Camden News today that an area convenience store was the target of an armed robbery just before the new year.

Quickies II, located at 3194 U.S. 79 North, was robbed at gunpoint around 6 a.m. on Monday, Norwood said.
