Ouachita County Judge Mike Hesterly, who is jailed while awaiting trial on federal corruption charges, has waived a bond hearing, which was set for 2 p.m. today in U.S. District Court in Hot Springs, according to Joyce Snow of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Fort Smith.
