County judge gains freedom from jail

HOT SPRINGS - Following a nearly four-hour U.S. District Court hearing in Hot Springs Monday afternoon, Ouachita County Judge Hesterly was released from federal custody and will be allowed to remain free on a signature bond while awaiting his trial on U.S. Attorney’s Office corruption allegations.
