Bulldogs no pushover, despite 1-5 SEC record

FAYETTEVILLE - The last time Arkansas won consecutive SEC road games, Arkansas coach John Pelphrey was told, the Razorbacks’ second win was over Georgia in Athens.

That was in 2006 before Pelphrey’s Arkansas arrival. So the coach appeared disinclined banking on history for his Razorbacks in Athens, Ga. tonight.

Fresh off last Sunday’s upset over 18th-ranked Ole Miss, Arkansas takes 3-3 SEC West and 10-11 overall records into a 6 p.m. (CST) CSS-televised tip-off with the Georgia Bulldogs, 9-10, 1-5 in the SEC East...
