Things didn’t go well for the Harmony Grove junior or senior boys teams when they traveled to Rison on Friday. After the junior boys were defeated 34-26 in their game, the HG senior boys were defeated 64-60.

HG boys coach John Kinley said the senior girls team was defeated by Rison as well, but details of the game were not available by press time.

In the senior boys game, Harmony Grove jumped out to a quick 14-7 lead on the Wildcats in the first quarter, but the Hornets (1-17) were outscored 20-12 in the second period to trail 27-26 at halftime.
