The Harmony Grove baseball team improved to 6-1 overall on the season with a 16-4 5-inning win over Hampton on Friday, but their head coach said his message to their team after the win was that “our real season begins (today).”

Harmony Grove will begin 8-3A conference play today by traveling to Drew Central. Game time for the varsity contest is set for 4:30 p.m., with a junior varsity game to follow.
