FAYETTEVILLE - Disputing a report by Fayetteville-based TV station KNWA that he was seriously considering transferring, University of Arkansas sophomore guard Rotnei Clarke issued a statement  Monday night that he will return to the Razorbacks under coach John Pelphrey  for his 20010-2011 junior season.
