Jim and Diane Bevill, clock operators at the Bearden High School home football games, had the opportunity to attend the Olympics games at Vancourver recently. While there, they signed a book and left a Bearden Bears memento (bottom right corner of photo) in memory of the Republic of Georgia athlete who was killed in a luge accident hours before the games got started.
