CAMDEN — Donnie McKinnie
Donnie W. McKinnie of Camden passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018, at his home.
He was born on Dec. 15, 1947, in Hampton, to Hayes and Alice McKinnie. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He retired from Lockheed Martin, was a member of Hampton United Methodist Church, and of the VFW in Camden.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, James H. McKinnie; and one daughter, Melissa (Missy) Branch.
He is survived by one brother, George Marvin McKinnie (Linda) of Benton; one sister, Dianne Garrett Nethken (Bill) of Prattsville; one grandson, Gunner W. Branch of Camden; one aunt, Ann L. Johnston of Pine Bluff; a very dear friend, Debra Franklin of Camden; several nieces, nephews; and his beloved dog, Cookie.
Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at Hampton United Methodist Church, with funeral services beginning at 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be at Dickinson Cemetery in Harrell.
