holding revival event

Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 2180 Old Wire Road, began its revival services on Monday, Aug. 12, and they will continue at 7:30 p.m. nightly through Friday, Aug. 16.

An “Angels for God 4th Anniversary” program will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17, and at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18, at Crossroads Church of God in Christ at 2735 Arkansas 57 in Chidester.

Macedonia AME Church will hold a “Lay Program” at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18.

Hickory Ridge Church

is set for special events

Hickory Ridge Baptist Church will hold its Annual Homecoming Day service at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18. The Rev. Odell Carr and New St. Mary Baptist Church will be the guests.

The church will also hold its annual revival services at 7 p.m. nightly from Aug. 19-21. The Rev. Rodney Frazier of First Missionary Baptist Church will be the evangelist.

Good Hope Church to

host special services

Good Hope Baptist Church will hold a homecoming service at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18. The Rev. Rodney Frazier and First Missionary Baptist Church of Harrell will be the guests.

The church will also hold revival services at 7 p.m. nightly from Aug. 19-21.

The schedule is as follows:

• On Aug. 19, St. Paul Baptist Church of Hampton will be the guest church.

• The guest church on Aug. 20 will be Antioch Baptist Church of Stephens; and on Aug. 21,

• The guest church will be Mt. Olive Baptist Church of Camden.
