Arlis Oliver Justice, 84, of Camden, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 10, 2019, at his home after a brief illness.

Arlis was born on Aug. 5, 1934, in Sparkman, Arkansas, the son of the late Robert Bob and Bessie Russell Justice.

He was a longtime cattle broker and owned and operated Justice Farms, Inc. located in Bearden, Arkansas. He was a member of the Arkansas Cattleman’s Association and Texas Cattleman’s Association.

He built his business on the foundation of honesty with a magnetic personality that won over many life-long friends.

He had a passion for riding and showing cutting horses and was a member of the NCHA(National Cutting Horse Association) and the AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association).

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ann “Bobbi” Justice of Camden; son and daughter-in-law, Buster B. and Sonya Justice of Camden; two daughters and sons-in-law, Marlis Hope and John Mitchell of Weatherford, Texas. and Bobbie Jo and Richard Vaughn of Glenwood, Arkansas; daughter, Cindy Stafford of Camden; step-daughter, Ginger Kitchens of Hampton, Arkansas; sister and brother-in-law, Doris and John Tye of Dallas, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14, in the New Holly Springs Cemetery at Holly Springs with the Rev. Joe Howard Williamson officiating.

The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, May 13, at the funeral home.
