Harmony Grove freshman Tobias Hicks poses with his medals from the 2019 track season. Hicks placed in almost every event he participated in over the entire season including helping the H.G. Varsity team win first place in the district 400m relay. He is the District 2A-8 Jr. Boys high Point winner.
