— Broad Minds LLC founder Reese Broadnax and the Broadnax family held a ceremony for three area students to recognize them for their academic achievements and community involvement. The students were 2020 Camden Fairview graduates Shamyia Cook and Destani Norman and CF alum and University of Arkansas Pine Bluff graduate DeQues McClain. Each student was presented two baskets of dorm room supplies, a certificate or recognition, a meal provided by Keidra’s Kitchen and a check to help with school expenses. Camden Mayor Julian Lott was on hand to acknowledge and present the certificates as well as offer encouraging words about their future endeavors.
