— CLEO V WILKINS

Cleo Vivian Wilkins, age 81, died on Monday, December 14, 2020, at CHI St. Vincent’s Infirmary in Little Rock, AR. She was born in January 1939 in Stephens, Arkansas to James and Vivian (Cooks) Wilkins. She was a member of St. James A.M. E. Church in Camden, Arkansas before relocating to Little Rock, Arkansas in 2015.

She was devoted, caring, and loving. Everyone she knew felt her love. Her beautiful smile, kind ways and soft-spoken voice will be remembered and missed by family and friends.

Cleo worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Washington, D.C., and Camden, Arkansas. She took pride in her work and enjoyed working with patients and their families. She always treated her patients like she would want her parents to be treated…with kindness, compassion, and love.

Most recently, she resided in Little Rock, Arkansas at the Good Shepherd – Moore building. She will be remembered as a kind and sweet lady. She never bothered anyone and was a pleasure to know.

Cleo was preceded in death by her father, James H. Wilkins of Camden, Arkansas.

She is survived by her mother, Vivian Wilkins, a daughter, Sharon Wilkins Frazier (Darrick), all of Little Rock, Arkansas and a brother, Alfred Wilkins (Elaine) of Hanover, Maryland. She also leaves behind a grandson, Dairick Frazier of Little Rock, Arkansas, one niece, Yalonda Adams, and two great nephews, Jaylen Adams, Brendan Adams, all of Hanover, Maryland and a host of relatives and friends around the country.

Proctor Funeral Home in Camden, Arkansas will handle the arrangements. The family will hold a memorial service via Zoom on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020 at 2 p.m.
