SHANNON L. BEAVER

Shannon Lee Beaver, 50, of Hot Springs passed away March 25, 2021. Raised in Camden, Arkansas by her parents, Ronald and Nancy Plymale Beaver, Shannon was a beloved member of the Camden community. She reveled in being “Paws,” the Camden High mascot; a role she enjoyed until graduation in 1989.

Shannon’s strength and quiet determination, as she faced the debilitating challenges of diabetes and dialysis, were not known to many. It was a smiling friendly face Shannon had for the world. Her kindness and authenticity put everyone who met her at ease. Shannon never met a stranger.

Shannon will be missed most by her daughter, Karoline “Abbie” Beaver (Spencer Martin); mother, Nancy Plymale Beaver; sister, Bekah Beaver; nephew, Kaden Manning; niece, Makinliegh Crain; uncles Charles V. Plymale III and Richard Plymale; aunts Debbie Plymale, Cindy Plymale and Judy Hayes; godmother, Judy Wright; and many well-loved cousins and devoted friends.

Shannon was predeceased by her father, Ronald Beaver; grandparents Charles V. Plymale II, Waunetah Plymale Mills, Bill Mills, Woody and Jeanette Beaver; as well as half-siblings, Deandra and Jeb Crain.

A Memorial Service in Camden, Arkansas will be held on April 17, 2021 at Catherine’s Bistro (1023 W Washington St, Camden, Arkansas) at 10 AM.
