Linda Joyce Harrison, 74 of Camden, AR passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado, AR. She was born December 12, 1946 in Camden, AR to Frank and Rena Peace Venable. She was a life long member of Bethesda Cumberland Presbyterian Church and she retired from Camden Fairview Schools. She loved her church and her Lord and loved cooking and taking care of her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Rena Peace Venable; brothers, John B. Venable and Morris Venable.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Myrle Harrison of Camden, AR; daughters, Melanie Williams and husband, Roger of Camden, AR and Kelly Birchfield and husband, Steven of Smackover, AR; grandchildren, Austin Williams and Heather Williams both of Camden, AR; brother, Donald Venable and wife, Terrei of Camden, AR; sister, Vernelle Venable Lawler of Tuscon, AZ; and numerous nieces and nephews; and her cat, Smokey.
Funeral service will be 2:00PM Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Bethesda Cumberland Presbyterian Church with burial in Bethesda Cemetery.
