Icing the competition
The Queen City Ice AAU Travel team played at a weekend tournament in Monroe recently and won the championship. The team is coached by Will Fusilier and Raymond Buzbee. The team went 3-0 on the weekend. Some of the stat leaders were Mimi Fusilier (26 points, 4 rebounds, nine assists, 8 steals and 17 blocks), Isis Wilson (43 points, 19 rebounds, nine steals and five assists), Jordan Clary (18 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, 9 steals), Kalea (15 points, 20 rebounds, 3 assists, 8 steals), Bre (16 points, 7 rebounds, two steals and two blocks) and Bug (7 points, 14 rebounds, two assists, five steals and two blocks.)
