The Delta Regional Community Services Outreach Network conducted a hunger relief distribution of food at The Word Family Church recently. The purpose of the food distribution is to help to alleviate hunger in select counties situated in the State of Arkansas. this hunger relief effort comes at a time when we are experiencing a nation pandemic cause by the COVID19 virus. Cooperators for the event included Bishop J.R. Davis, Pastor of The Word Family Church, Bishop Chester Thompson, Pastor of Zion Hill Baptist Church, Pastor Kelvin Simpson, Pastor of New Starlight Baptist Church and Elder Joe Burns, Pastor of Pilgrim Chapel Baptist Church. Jacqueline Ross, Director of Delta Network Food Bank was also in attendance to help distribute food.
