No school for Camden Fairview this week, mask policy still 'green' this week

Arkansas Center for Health Improvement (ACHI) data shows residents of Camden Fairview School District with 0-9 new known infections for the previous 14-days.

A Facebook post from the Camden Fairview School District Facebook page states, "There will be no school the week of November 22-26 due to Thanksgiving Break. An update will be posted on Friday, November 26, for the week of November 29-December 3. Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!"

"Camden Fairview School District will use data from Arkansas Center for Health Improvement (ACHI) regarding the number of new known infections for a 14-day period per 10K residents within CFSD boundaries to determine whether masks are required or optional but strongly recommended.

MASKS REQUIRED

"YELLOW level or higher means ACHI data has the school district at a rate of 20 or above new known Covid-19 infections for the previous 14-day period per 10,000 residents. Masks will be REQUIRED during the school day in district buildings and on all school buses. Masks are optional at extracurricular events and outside sporting activities.

MASKS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED

"GREEN level or below means ACHI has the school district at rate of 19 or lower new known Covid-19 infections for the previous 14-day period per 10,000 residents. Masks are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED during the school day in district buildings and on all school buses.'
