SAU Tech continues to be devoted to giving students, graduates and people outside of the school to jobs and careers. Today, SAU Tech will host a Career and Job Fair for their soon-to-be-graduates and to the general public to look for their potential career or job for the future.

The event will be at SAU Tech's Grand Hall from 9 am to 3:30 pm where over 60 vendors will set up booths looking for people who are taking the extra step in life for a career path they are interested in. Many of the booths will be from career paths that SAU Tech has majors in, as well as some that are outside of the school.

Marcus Copeland, the Director of Student Success and Academic Engagement at SAU Tech, is proud of the event taking place as well as the diversity the Career & Job Fair will bring. When asked about the significance of this event , he responded, "The initial reason behind our career and job fair day is to make sure that our graduates, we have two hundred and fifty people that are graduating from the fall and the spring, to make sure they have opportunities for employment going forward. It is open to the general republic, so our expectations is that we are going to a good time and full house of people trying to get jobs."

Copeland has been raising awareness of the university's career and job fair in city events such as Kiwanis and throughout social media. Copeland and the staff at SAU Tech looked to make sure every attandee looking for a new career path seeks an answer to their search.
