Camden man killed in motorcycle crash

A motorcycle wreck claimed the life of a Camden man Tuesday.

According to a report from the Arkansas State Police, at about 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, Kenneth McIntyre, 58, of Camden was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 79 B on a 2007 Suzuki motorcycle when a 2018 Kia Sorento traveling northbound attempted to make a left turn.

The report states the driver of the Kia failed to yield and turned into McIntyre's path, causing him to crash into the right front side of the vehicle. McIntyre was pronounced dead at the scene.

The weather was reportedly clear and dry at the time of the accident.
