Farmers Bank and Trust is alerting customers of a scam with a caller reporting to be an agent of the bank.
A Facebook post states,
"FRAUD ALERT: We are aware that people are receiving phone calls claiming to be from Farmers Bank & Trust, or stating they are with our fraud department. This is a scam!
If you receive a phone call like this, please hang up immediately. We will never ask a customer for their card number or account number when calling regarding fraud. If you have any questions or concerns about your account, please call our Customer Contact Center at 855-855-3268."
