No snow in Camden forecast

While parts of the state will see accumlations of winter weather, Camden is not forecasted to receive snow. However, that doesn't mean the weather will be clear.

Tuesday's forecast shows rain, mainly after 1 p.m. with a h igh near 45. Breezy, with an east southeast wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New precipitation amounts between three quarters and one inch possible.

Tuesday night calls for more R=r ain, mainly before 1am with low around 37. Breezy, with an east northeast wind 15 to 20 mph becoming west after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%.

Wednesday also has a 30 percent chance of rain before 7 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 47. West wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Wednesday night will be Mostly cloudy, with a low around 29. West wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

"Wet and heavy snow is expected with this system, leading to rapidly deteriorating road conditions, making travel extremely hazardous across much of northwestern and western Arkansas Tuesday night," a briefing from the weather service said on Monday.
