New Haven Baptist Church, 226 Stewart St., will host Vacation Bible School June 5-8, starting at 5 p.m. each day. On June 9, participants are invited to a Fun Day starting at 5 p.m. Children, teenagers and adults are welcome to participate at VBS.
Concord Baptist Church, 430 S. Adams Ave., will host an Installation Service for their beloved pastor, the Rev. Jackie J. Flannigan Sr., on Sunday, June 11, at 2:30 p.m. Pastor Emeritus B.C. Jones will officiate the service and bring the installation message. Everyone is invited to attend; lunch will be served beginning at 1 p.m.
